OTC operations may involve significant amounts. Before moving funds, take a few minutes to review the order data.

  • Verify that your account is approved.
  • Confirm that the bank account or wallet is available.
  • Make sure you understand whether you are buying or selling crypto.
  • Review limits and fees.
  • Use a secure connection and a trusted device.
  • Copy the CLABE exactly as shown.
  • Review beneficiary, amount, and concept.
  • Do not change the reference.
  • Do not use instructions from a previous order.
  • Save the transfer receipt if your bank issues one.
  • Confirm currency and network.
  • Review the full address.
  • Include TAG/MEMO if the dashboard shows it.
  • Send the exact amount.
  • Do not reuse expired instructions.

Contact support if:

  • An order appears Delayed for longer than expected.
  • You sent a payment with incorrect data.
  • The status does not change after payment.
  • A bank account or wallet appears rejected and you do not understand why.
  • You detect activity you do not recognize.
  • Do not share your password.
  • Do not share verification codes.
  • Do not send funds to addresses outside the dashboard.
  • Do not accept payment instructions through unofficial channels.
  • Do not manually change amounts, references, or networks.
  • Do not operate if you are unsure about the destination.
