OTC operations may involve significant amounts. Before moving funds, take a few minutes to review the order data.
Before creating a conversion
Section titled “Before creating a conversion”- Verify that your account is approved.
- Confirm that the bank account or wallet is available.
- Make sure you understand whether you are buying or selling crypto.
- Review limits and fees.
- Use a secure connection and a trusted device.
Before paying with a bank transfer
Section titled “Before paying with a bank transfer”- Copy the CLABE exactly as shown.
- Review beneficiary, amount, and concept.
- Do not change the reference.
- Do not use instructions from a previous order.
- Save the transfer receipt if your bank issues one.
Before sending crypto
Section titled “Before sending crypto”- Confirm currency and network.
- Review the full address.
- Include TAG/MEMO if the dashboard shows it.
- Send the exact amount.
- Do not reuse expired instructions.
Warning signs
Section titled “Warning signs”Contact support if:
- An order appears
Delayedfor longer than expected. - You sent a payment with incorrect data.
- The status does not change after payment.
- A bank account or wallet appears rejected and you do not understand why.
- You detect activity you do not recognize.
What not to do
Section titled “What not to do”- Do not share your password.
- Do not share verification codes.
- Do not send funds to addresses outside the dashboard.
- Do not accept payment instructions through unofficial channels.
- Do not manually change amounts, references, or networks.
- Do not operate if you are unsure about the destination.
