Bank accounts

Bank accounts are used as destinations to receive fiat when you sell crypto. In Mexico, the main account detail is the 18-digit CLABE.

You need a bank account when:

  • You sell crypto and want to receive MXN or another available fiat currency.
  • You want to prepare a destination before creating a conversion.
  • You need to identify several accounts with labels.
  1. Go to Banks and wallets.
  2. Open the Bank accounts tab.
  3. Select Add bank account.
  4. Complete the requested fields.
  5. Review the data and save the account.

Common fields:

  • Label: internal name to recognize the account.
  • Bank: banking institution.
  • Country: account country.
  • Currency: account currency.
  • CLABE: 18-digit CLABE account in Mexico.
  • Other bank details if the dashboard requests them for the selected country.

An account may appear as:

  • Pending: it was added but is not ready to use yet.
  • Approved: it can be used in conversions when the dashboard shows it as available.
  • Rejected: it cannot be used; check whether you need to correct it or add a new one.

It may also show a verification status:

  • Pending: review has not finished yet.
  • Verified: the account has been confirmed.
  • Failed: verification was not successful.

You can delete a bank account from the accounts table. This removes it from your list for new conversions.

  • Use clear labels, for example Main MXN account or Company treasury.
  • Review the CLABE twice before saving.
  • Do not use third-party accounts unless they correspond to your operation.
  • Keep available accounts up to date.
  • If an account appears rejected or failed, add a new account or contact support.
