No. If your verification is pending, under review, or requires corrections, the dashboard may block new conversions until the account is approved.

What is the difference between buying and selling crypto?

Buying crypto means paying with fiat and receiving crypto in a registered wallet. Selling crypto means sending crypto and receiving fiat in a registered bank account.

You need an approved account, a wallet available for the selected currency and network, and access to your bank to make the indicated transfer.

You need an approved account, a bank account available to receive fiat, and enough crypto funds to send the exact amount.

Yes. If the order has already been created, closing the window does not cancel it. You can return to it from the conversions list.

Can I use instructions from a previous conversion?

No. Each conversion has its own instructions. Using old data may cause delays, rejection, or loss of funds.

Contact support immediately with the order detail. On some networks, omitting TAG/MEMO may lead to loss of funds.

It means the quote or order is no longer available. Create a new conversion or refresh the quote if the dashboard allows it.

Review the conversion detail. If the status does not change for longer than expected, contact support with the visible order information.
