Fees and limits
The fees and limits visible in your account help you understand how much you can operate and which costs apply to each conversion.
Where to see your fees
Section titled “Where to see your fees”Go to Settings > Fees. There you can review conditions for:
- Buying crypto.
- Selling crypto.
The dashboard may show:
Markup: margin applied over the shown price.Fixed fee: fixed charge for the operation when applicable.Minimum per operation: minimum amount required to create a conversion.Maximum per operation: maximum amount allowed per conversion.Daily cap: accumulated daily limit, if applicable.
Fees inside a conversion
Section titled “Fees inside a conversion”Before paying, the conversion flow may show a breakdown with:
- Network fee.
- Processor or settlement fee.
- B4bit spread or margin.
- Net price.
- Amount to convert.
- Amount to receive.
Minimums and maximums
Section titled “Minimums and maximums”If the amount is below the minimum or exceeds an applicable condition, the dashboard may prevent you from continuing or show a validation message.
In that case:
- Adjust the amount.
- Review currency and network.
- Check whether your account has active limits.
- Try again.
Exchange rate
Section titled “Exchange rate”The exchange rate shown may update while you configure the conversion. When you move to payment, the dashboard shows the current information for that order.
If the quote time runs out, do not use previous instructions: refresh the quote or create a new conversion.
Recommendations
Section titled “Recommendations”- Review fees before every operation.
- Do not assume conditions will be the same for every conversion.
- If you operate several amounts in one day, review the daily cap.
- Confirm the final amount to receive before paying.
