Request payment

The most direct way to collect payment: generate a payment request from the dashboard and share it with your customer.

Required fields

Section titled “Required fields”
  • Amount — quantity to charge.
  • Currency — the fiat currency you want to charge in (EUR, USD, MXN, etc.).

Optional fields

Section titled “Optional fields”
  • Concept / description of the payment.
  • Image of the product or service.
  • Customer data — first name, last name, address, phone, tax ID.

Advanced options

Section titled “Advanced options”
  • Quantity (usage limit) — how many times the request can be reused.
  • Expiration date — after which the request is no longer valid.
  • Redirect URL — where to redirect the customer after completing the payment.

Customer flow

Section titled “Customer flow”
  1. Your customer receives the request (via link, QR, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
  2. They access the gateway and select the cryptocurrency they want to pay with.
  3. They make the payment.
  4. B4bit Pay detects the transaction and marks the order as completed.
  5. Your customer is redirected to the URL you configured (or to the default page).
