How does B4bit Pay work?
The basics first
Section titled “The basics first”B4bit Pay is a payment gateway that lets your merchant accept payments in cryptocurrencies. The crypto received is automatically converted to USD and credited to your B4bit Pay balance, ready to withdraw whenever you choose.
How do I create my first payment request?
Section titled “How do I create my first payment request?”Generate a request by indicating the amount and currency. Then share it with your client via email, WhatsApp, a payment link or a QR code.
Best market rate
Section titled “Best market rate”We care about your clients making the most of their crypto assets. That is why the exchange rate applied is based on competitive market prices, updated in real time.
Crypto-to-USD conversion
Section titled “Crypto-to-USD conversion”Every operation has a 0.95% fee, the lowest in the market. Received crypto is automatically converted to USD at the close of the transaction; you do not bear the price volatility after payment.
Understanding blockchain times
Section titled “Understanding blockchain times”Blockchain networks have different confirmation times. For example, Bitcoin blocks are produced every ~10 minutes, while Bitcoin Lightning is practically instantaneous.
B4bit Pay implements a system that predicts the veracity of a payment without waiting for full blockchain confirmations, significantly speeding up the experience for you and your customer.
